Franchisees are represented by the National Advisory Council, Marketing Committee, and Regional Development Managers. The National Support Office provides access to Human Resources personnel, and will readily asses all franchisee suggestions.
A formal mediation process is in place to solve issues before they become problems, and our intranet, allows franchisees to air opinions and seek the advice of their network.
